I YB Plumbing and Jay himself answered the phone even though he was out working. He quickly listened to my problem and said he could be by in 3 hours; well within what I would expect. Less than 2 hours later, Jay showed up and started working on my issue. He had a number of high quality tools that allowed him to identify the problem and come up with a resolution. Any plumbing issue deep under the house is a difficult proposition at best and he was able to fix it on his own with no other assistance. He confirmed everything worked not only by examining the fixtures, but ensured that his tools confirmed his work. I would absolutely recommend YB plumbing for any problem you might encounter; they have always been quick and efficient in fixing a small number of issues I have had over the years with an older house. ~ Simon M
